Obituary for Alfred G. Inacio

Alfred G. Inacio
Alfred G. Inacio, 82 of Oceanport formerly of Edison, died peacefully on March 24, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. Born in South River, he had lived in Edison before moving to Oceanport 8 years ago. Al was the proprietor of Inacio Contractors Inc. in Edison and was a member of the Edison Planning Board. He was a parishioner of the Church of the Precious Blood in Monmouth Beach and served his country honorably in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflicts.

Al was so proud of his three sons, both John and Jim worked with him in the family business and Rick is a doctor of chiropractic. He loved his five grandchildren dearly. He could always be found at a sporting event or at one of their school functions.

Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Mary Lou Inacio; three sons and daughters-in-law, John and Kathy Inacio; Rick and Lana Inacio and Jim and Kate Inacio; five grandchildren, Jamie, Grace, Ella, Michael and Ashley; a sister-in-law, Barbara Sica and his two nephews and their families.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 4-8 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. (corner of Third Ave.) in Long Branch. Funeral, Wednesday; 9 am from the funeral home followed by a 10 am Mass at Precious Blood Church. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Middletown. The family invites you to write a letter of condolence, light a candle or share a story by selecting the appropriate tab.
