Obituary for Lorraine Smith

Lorraine Smith
Lorraine Smith of Melbourne, Florida formerly of Long Branch, passed away on May 2, 2017. She was born in Long Branch and resided in Oceanport before moving to Melbourne. Lorraine retired as an Account Specialist from Fort Monmouth Army Base in Eatontown. Her passions were game nights and attending numerous events with her lifelong friends. She gave many volunteer hours to her commitment of community service.

Lorraine was predeceased by her husband, Edward and her son, Bill. She is survived by her daughter, Diana; granddaughters, Carmen and Kelly and grandson, Tim.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11:00 am at Glenwood Cemetery in West Long Branch. Damiano Funeral Home in Long Branch is in charge of her arrangements. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family invites you to write a letter of condolence, share a story, or make a donation by selecting the appropriate tab.
