Obituary for Robert "Bob" Carrino

Robert "Bob" Carrino
Robert "Bob" Carrino, age 74 of Eatontown passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 11, 2017 after his battle with cancer. Bob was a security officer for Gateway Security at Monmouth Park Racetrack in Oceanport. He previously managed property at Sands Point North in Monmouth Beach and Patten Point in Long Branch. Born in Jersey City, he had lived in Long Branch before moving to Eatontown 8 years ago.

He was predeceased by longtime companion, Jackie Flood and his parents, Mario and Jennie Carrino. Surviving are his daughter and son in law, Lisa and Joe Strokusz; his brother and sister in law, John and Elizabeth Carrino and one grandson, Joey.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 17 from 4:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:30 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third Ave.) in Long Branch. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502 or Second Call Thoroughbred And Adoption and Placement, P.O. Box 113, Helmetta, NJ 08828. The family invites you to write a letter of condolences, share a story or make a donation by selecting to appropriate tab.
