Obituary for Orfeo D'Ambrisi

Orfeo D’Ambrisi, age 79 of Florence, Arizona and formerly of Oakhurst, died Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Banner Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Orfeo was born in Colliano, Italy and moved to the United States at the age of 19. He was a Monmouth County resident until moving to Florence in 2016. He was the Proprietor and Barber of The New Gentleman’s Quarters in West End, Long Branch for more than 50 years retiring in 2016.

He was predeceased by his wife Marilyn; his father, Rocco D’Ambrisi and his brother Joseph D’Ambrisi. Surviving are two daughters, Melissa D’Ambrisi and Kristin D’Ambrisi, both of Long Branch; his mother, Luisa D’Ambrisi; two brothers and 2 sisters in law, Michaelangelo and Anita D’Ambrisi, and Philip and Kathy D’Ambrisi; his longtime companion, DanaLee Ciaramella; his stepchildren, Mark and his wife Lisa, Daimee and her husband Steve, Devan and her husband Mark, Michael and his wife Christy; and four step grandchildren, Michael, Dominic, Michael and Rori.
